Day 40 is a special day for our Persian and Middle Eastern cultures in general. It’s a spiritual day, and it’s also a day we believe if you do something consistently for 40 days, it will become a routine. So this is a good sign for continuing posting for 365 days.
If you’re reading this, probably you’re on the higher minority side of the pyramid; you’re successful and on the rise, and you have feelings about AI from all over the spectrum. That feeling could be excitement, anger over job losses, being scared of deepfakes, or seeing the opportunity to grow in your career with AI. You have an emotion about AI, and that emotion is growing. Six months ago, you were not having the same level of that emotion as you do now.
On our road trip to Canada for my cousin’s wedding and meeting a few friends, from picnic tables to 80-year-old people, they talk about AI, and they are saying many interesting things. I was at a book signing; old folks also talk AI, so it’s a conversation for everyone. Most people have growing emotions about AI.
An African proverb says if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together. We want to go far, and we want to go together. That’s Miami AI Club. Our mission is to collaborate to create a positive impact through AI. A certain number of individuals will be selected as Cohort 1 that would go on a journey together around AI, and I’m confident they would be higher in the success pyramid.
Whatever logical reasoning or emotion you have, I’d like to invite you to apply for Miami AI Club (deadline July 31st). This is not limited to Miami folks.
