@Healthline just acquired @greatist, a bigger competitor of our @PositiveMed. More M&A will happen in media, especially in health & wellness. Space is very competitive for small & mid-size media and less competitive for larger corporations. The cost of acquisition of traffic is going up, and the advertising industry hasn’t come up with new business models. Display and native ads are outdated. Video ads have a low conversion rate.
